In 1978 Neal Mingo began repairing the interiors of cars primarily for Auto Dealers from Ogden to Salt Lake City. Always willing to think outside the box and experiment with new procedures, Neal continued improving and refining his skills. |
In the late '80s Neal was asked to attempt repairs on newly developed plastic painted bumper covers. Before long he was refinishing bumpers for Auto Dealers, growing his reputation as an honest and skilled individual. It is that reputation that made Mingo's Complete Auto Appearance Shop possible.
